Trelleborg is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join the Nottingham site leadership team. You will align people strategies with business objectives, build capability, and foster a high-performing culture across the site.

As the trusted adviser to managers, you will provide practical guidance, support workforce planning, and support engagement, wellbeing and development initiatives in line with UK employment law and company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role or HRBP equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a member of the Nottingham Site Leadership Team and contribute to organisational effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to develop capability, succession planning, talent development and engagement initiatives.
• Lead organisational change initiatives and coach managers on people-related matters.
