Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with site and operational leaders across the South West. You will advise on recruitment, employee relations, absence management and organisational change, ensuring a pragmatic, commercially focused HR service.

You’ll support talent development, reward, and engagement initiatives while driving people strategies that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Qualified MCIPD level or equivalent professional HR qualification.
• Degree or equivalent education required.
• Strong generalist HR experience across employee relations, recruitment, absence management and change.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercially focused HR advice to site and operational leaders.
• Partner with managers to navigate the full employee lifecycle and drive engagement.
• Lead or support TUPE, restructures and change programmes where required.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure consistent HR service.
