Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our South West operation. You will advise site leaders on the full employee lifecycle, foster strong working relationships and drive practical HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage recruitment, ER, absence, organisational change and TUPE projects, partnering with HR Shared Services to deliver a high-quality service. Hybrid working and travel across the South West enable close operation alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR generalist function across employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and deliver practical HR advice.
• Experience with TUPE and restructures is advantageous.
• Strong data reporting and cost-benefit mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercially focused HR advice to site leaders.
• Support recruitment, ER, absence management and change projects.
• Lead TUPE, restructures and organisational change initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure consistent service.
• Build partnerships and develop people strategies.
