Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two Senior HR Advisors on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, with hybrid working and onsite at our corporate HR office in Littlemore, Oxford. Travel to Trust sites is required with own transport.
You will provide expert HR advice on employee relations, support casework, and work with managers and unions to resolve ER matters, reporting to an HR Business Partner and aligning with our commitment to outstanding care and support for colleagues.
Following a restructure, we are looking for two Senior HR Advisors to join our team on a fixed term basis to provide additional capacity during a period of change and transformation. Both roles are offered as fixed term contracts for 12 months from your start date.
We offer flexible and hybrid working with the expectation that you can be onsite at our corporate HR office in Littlemore, Oxford. As well as travel as required to our Trust sites to attend meetings. The ability to travel between sites via your own transport is required.
Reporting into one of our HR Business Partners and working closely with the Employee Relations Specialist, you will provide advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters. You will work within a designated area of the Trust providing a high quality and responsive human resource advisory service.
