Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council is seeking a Housing Strategy Officer to join the Housing Strategy team. You will support delivery of strategic housing functions, including affordable and supported housing, allocations policy and housing research across issues.

You will lead data collection and analysis for a Supported Housing Strategy Delivery Plan, coordinate governance board activities, and prepare reports for senior colleagues.

Formación

• Excellent communication, presentation and written skills.
• Experience with research studies and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads.

Responsabilidades

• Assist delivery of the Council's strategic duties under the Supported Housing Act 2023.
• Commission and produce a supported housing needs assessment across vulnerable client groups.
• Develop a new Supported Housing Strategy for the borough and monitor delivery over 5–10 years.
• Support servicing of a multi-agency Supported Housing Governance Board, including meetings and reports.
