You will play a key role in sourcing new business opportunities, ensuring delivery is cost effective, and helping achieve the Development Strategy to create homes and stronger communities.

You will manage pre-contract opportunities, present robust business cases, and oversee land acquisitions from negotiations to due diligence and approvals.
