Mastercall Healthcare is seeking exceptional individuals to join our unitary Board as Non-Executive Directors, offering independent judgement and strategic insight to guide our organisation.

Remuneration £15,844 per annum, time commitment 1–2 days per month, three-year term with potential for reappointment. Experience in governance, NHS or healthcare settings is preferred, along with a commitment to equality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Board and senior leadership experience
• Experience operating at senior or Board level within a complex, regulated or mission-led organisation
• Governance and fiduciary responsibility
• Understanding of directors duties, governance and risk with independent judgement
