Job summary

Reporting to the CEO, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee curriculum and safeguarding, engage with pupils, staff, parents and partners, and drive sustained progress in outcomes and equality.

Qualifications

• QTS with NPQ leadership qualifications (e.g., NPQH) and safeguarding commitment.
• Proven senior leadership experience in a secondary school.
• Strong interpersonal and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive school improvement.
