Job summary

Plumpton Primary School in Lewes seeks a visionary leader to develop a compelling, achievable and sustainable strategic vision for the federation’s future.

The post will raise pupil attainment by setting high expectations, empower Heads of School and senior leaders to be creative and responsible for the flourishing of each school, and work in partnership with governors, parents and the Church of England Diocese to uphold the Christian distinctiveness of our schools.
