Qualifications

• Leadership experience in senior leadership roles within a secondary school setting across portfolios including Curriculum & Assessment and Pastoral Care.
• Ability to articulate and execute a compelling strategy for sustainable educational improvement.
• Deep understanding of effective teaching, learning methodologies, and curriculum innovation.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to inspire, motivate, and unite teams.
• Demonstrated capability in resource allocation, financial oversight, and staff professional growth.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), NPQ leadership qualifications (e.g., NPQH or equivalent), and commitment to child protection.
