You will lead service managers and multidisciplinary teams, oversee safeguarding, governance and quality assurance, and manage budgets and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Clinical and/or therapeutic leadership experience in specialist services.
• Ability to lead trauma-informed services and safeguarding practices.
• Experience in strategic development and service governance.
