Job summary

Look Ahead Care and Support is seeking an experienced Head of Talent and Development to join the People Team at Head Office in Islington on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role offers a competitive package and a clear leadership path.

The position is based in London with 35 hours per week, a salary of £55,000–£60,000 per annum, and a start date of 1 December 2026. It includes generous annual leave, a strong pension contribution and life assurance as part of the benefits.

• Set objectives and development plans for team members and ensure governance across recruitment and learning activities.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced and passionate of Head of Talent and Development to join our People Team located at Head Office in Islington on a Fixed Term contract for estimated 13 months to cover maternity leave.

£55,000.00 - £60,000.00 (depending on experience) per annum, working 35 hours per week.

Start date is 1st December 2026
