Holt Executive Ltd is seeking a transformational Head of Procurement for our Chelmsford site, leading RF Power procurement strategy and supplier relationships. You will shape direct and indirect procurement, drive cost efficiencies and resilience across the supply chain.

The role requires strategic thinking, senior leadership presence and proven ability to deliver savings while collaborating with Finance, Engineering and Operations.

Formación

• Significant procurement leadership experience in manufacturing or technology.
• Proven track record in direct and indirect procurement and supplier management.
• Delivery of cost savings and process improvements across procurement functions.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute procurement strategies.
• Excellent commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
• Collaborative leadership style and ability to manage change.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead at pace and handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement activity for RF Power, ensuring supply security, costs and supplier performance.
• Oversee indirect procurement for the Chelmsford site, including facilities and capital expenditure.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business growth and priorities.
• Analyse spend and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies to achieve savings.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance across quality, delivery and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems and supplier management.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering and Finance for integrated planning.
• Provide procurement expertise on global strategies and tactics.
• Develop procurement KPIs and provide reporting and insights.
