Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Head Of Customer Supply Chain to lead customer supply chain activity within the FMCG sector, guiding demand, supply and delivery to maintain reliable service from plan to delivery. You will align priorities across the business to meet customer needs and protect service levels.

This fixed-term, hybrid role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across procurement and supply chain teams, risk management, and continuous improvement of planning and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer supply chain activity and managing customer service priorities.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning and delivery coordination.
• Experience reviewing supply chain performance and identifying practical improvements.
• Ability to manage supply issues, resolve escalations and protect customer service.
• Experience working across procurement and supply chain functions.
• Clear judgement when balancing customer requirements with supply chain priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer supply chain activity to maintain a clear, reliable flow of products to customers.
• Set supply chain priorities in line with customer requirements and business plans.
• Coordinate demand, supply and delivery plans to support consistent product availability.
• Work with procurement and supply chain colleagues to resolve issues that could affect customer service.
• Review customer supply performance and use findings to improve planning and delivery outcomes.
• Manage supply chain risks and escalations, ensuring timely action is taken where service may be affected.
• Build clear working relationships with internal teams involved in customer supply and fulfilment.
• Provide direction on customer supply chain priorities during the fixed-term contract.
