Mk Consult in Manchester is seeking a Head of Bids & Partnerships to lead the work-winning strategy for social housing and public sector projects. You will own the bid process from inception to submission, manage PQQs/SQs/ITTs, and build long-term client relationships with housing associations and authorities.

• Proven senior bid/partnership experience within construction or social housing.
• Strong understanding of planned maintenance, refurbishment, retrofit or new build housing.
• Track record of securing contracts with housing associations and local authorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading bid teams and complex tender submissions.
