As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality, winning tender submissions across social housing, compliance, maintenance and energy services. The role offers the opportunity to work on strategically important bids while influencing the future growth of the business.

The Role

This is a hands-on Bid Manager position, ideal for someone who combines excellent bid management capabilities with strong writing skills.

You’ll be responsible for managing opportunities from qualification through to submission, coordinating subject matter experts, developing compelling win strategies and producing high-quality responses that clearly articulate value to prospective clients.

Working closely with senior leadership, operational teams and commercial stakeholders, you’ll play a pivotal role in securing long-term contracts and framework agreements across the public sector and social housing markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of PQQs, SQs, ITTs and framework submissions.
• Develop bid programmes and manage tender activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate bid kick-off meetings and coordinate contributions from stakeholders across the business.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and develop winning solutions.
• Knowledge of public procurement processes and frameworks.
