Job summary

Clay is seeking a GTM Engineering Manager (Sales) in Greater London to lead and scale a team of Enterprise AEs and Sales Engineers who blend technical depth with business acumen. You will set up scalable enablement, playbooks, and incentives to drive growth.

You will architect the GTME playbook, align with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and shape Clay's enterprise growth by turning complex deals into repeatable wins.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading high-performing GTM teams (AEs, SEs, or similar).
• Proven deal execution experience in enterprise B2B sales.
• Strong ability to build scalable enablement and GTM automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing GTM team with coaching.
• Own and scale the GTME playbook and qualification criteria.
• Bridge teams and influence product with field feedback.
