Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a Business Operations Manager in the GTM & Commercial team to align governance, monitor performance and drive improvements across functions. You will work with senior leaders and coordinates with CALs, service towers and enablement units to translate strategy into action.

You will manage reporting, support budgeting processes, and prepare briefing materials for the Chief Commercial Officer, ensuring clear decisions and timely updates across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in virtual, multinational teams.
• Ability to communicate strategically at Board/Director level.
• Proactive, able to work with minimal guidance.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• To help establish, manage and monitor effective reporting of GTM & Commercial performance to all key stakeholders and executive teams
• Contribute to impactful communication across GTM & Commercial for teams, customers and leadership to be aware of key activities and share successes and learnings
• Help manage the GTM & Commercial governance (governance of Leadership team meeting and operational reviews including co-ordination, action review and quality control of input)
• Support on the commercial budgeting process for GTM & Commercial in conjunction with Finance
• Accurately document and follow up on meeting actions
• Identify and run ad-hoc projects that would drive improvements across all teams
• Clarify and shape topics into structured approaches, building detailed memos which are clear, comprehensive and minimising ambiguity
• Orchestrate follow-through on strategic GTM & Commercial priorities across CALs, service towers and enabling functions, translating senior leader asks into clear actions, owners and progress updates
• Prepare the Chief Commercial Officer for key executive, governance and customer-facing meetings by shaping briefing materials, talking points, decision asks and follow-up actions
• Represent the Chief Commercial Officer / GTM & Commercial perspective in selected cross-functional meetings, ensuring priorities, decisions and actions are clearly captured and progressed
• Drive senior stakeholder alignment on high-priority GTM & Commercial topics, coordinating inputs, surfacing risks and ensuring timely escalation of decisions required
