Achieve together is seeking a Growth and Partnership Manager to join the community hub team in Leatherhead. The role focuses on developing area relationship plans, generating referrals and sustaining occupancy growth to 95%+ by engaging with commissioners, Local Authorities, ICBs and brokerage teams.

You will maintain a detailed understanding of vacancies, prioritise sales activity, and collaborate with Homes teams to optimise capacity and admissions while pursuing commercial targets.

Qualificações

• Experience in business development, relationship management or commissioning within health and social care.
• Strong understanding of Local Authority, NHS/ICB commissioning landscapes and brokerage processes.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with commissioners and external partners.
• Sales and networking experience with ability to meet commercial targets.
• Understanding of learning disability and autism sectors and related regulatory expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver area relationship plans to generate referrals and occupancy growth.
• Act as key contact for customers across the allocated area with commissioners and partners.
• Maintain understanding of vacancies to prioritise sales activity and admissions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand homes, capacity and local priorities.
• Progress opportunities and represent Achieve together at local forums and events.
• Deliver commercial targets through relationship management, pipeline development and reporting.
