Job summary

Achieve together seeks a Growth and Partnership Manager to join our community hub team. You will support core operations and ensure efficient delivery of services while driving occupancy and partnerships across the region.

The role requires experience in health and social care business development, strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record of achieving commercial targets. Strong networking and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, relationship management or commissioning within health and social care.
• Strong knowledge of Local Authority, NHS, ICB and commissioning landscapes.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with commissioners and external partners.
• Sales and networking experience with ability to meet commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver area relationship plans to generate referrals and occupancy growth.
• Act as the key contact for customers, ensuring visibility and responsiveness to partners.
• Maintain understanding of vacancies to prioritise sales activity and admissions.
• Work with operations to understand homes, capacity and priorities.
• Represent Achieve together at local forums and events to promote homes.
• Deliver commercial targets through relationship management and pipeline development.
