Job summary

IDEO London is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate to drive growth by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and coordinating with designers and leadership to shape winning proposals. You will manage CRM data, coordinate with marketing, and help extend IDEO's reach with new clients while upholding human-centered and ethical practices.

You will collaborate closely with the London Studio, track quarterly revenue metrics, and provide insights through monthly analyses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client relationship management and business development experience, preferably in a creative/design environment.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations, proposals, and assets.
• Excellent writing and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and support the London Studio to land project work with new and returning clients.
• Act as IDEO ambassador for new potential clients and manage opportunity qualification.
• Draft pitches, research industries, and articulate next steps with leadership and designers.
• Maintain CRM in HubSpot and coordinate with Legal, Marketing, Finance as needed.
• Balance continuing existing client work with proactive outreach to win new business.
