Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in client relationship management and business development, preferably within a creative environment and/or design consultancy.
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize, manage timelines, engage stakeholders and maintain empathy for internal and client teams.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations, proposals, and other assets.
• Data literacy: fluent in G-suite, CRM systems, and translating quantitative outputs into qualitative insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BD process for new and existing work in the London Studio.
• Coordinate proposal development, research, and client deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor market trends and compile insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure timely updates to pipeline and reports.
• Assist in top-of-funnel growth activities and client outreach for campaigns and roadshows.
• Prepare monthly insights summaries and thought leadership for key clients.
