Job summary

Care Concern Group Limited is seeking a Business Development and Referrals Executive to support its specialist services. The role combines frontline enquiry management with strategic business development across a defined region, coordinating with commissioners, families and referrers.

You will manage enquiries from initial contact through assessment, fee proposal and admission, while building relationships with partners and ensuring contracts align with funding.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret pipeline data and produce clear management information.
• Experience in business development, referrals, account management or commercial coordination.

Responsibilities

• Enquiry and referral management for new enquiries from commissioners, case managers and families.
• Finance and contract coordination including costings and funding approvals.
• Develop relationships with commissioners, discharge teams, solicitors and referral partners.
• Undertake outbound activity to raise awareness of services and pathways.
• CRM management and regular pipeline reporting.
