Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Corporate Development Manager in London to lead mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and investments. You will work with the CEO, CFO and Group Directors to identify opportunities that create long‑term value.

The role offers exposure to board‑level discussions and international projects, with a hybrid London-based working pattern and a focus on delivering practical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, CFA or equivalent preferred but not essential.
• Significant experience in corporate development, M&A, finance or private equity.
• Experience in insurance and/or healthcare is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, valuation and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships and investments.
• Provide strategic analyses and briefing papers for senior leaders.
• Build relationships with external advisers and group functions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of corporate transactions.
• Oversee due diligence and valuation analyses.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams and stakeholders.
