Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a senior corporate strategy professional to shape mid- to long-range plans, lead strategic initiatives, and support acquisitions and joint ventures. You will work closely with the executive team to define the mission, goals, and priorities, and you will lead due diligence, negotiations and deal execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
• Typically 6+ years of relevant experience.
• MBA preferred with investment banking or consulting background.
• Experience in corporate strategy, M&A, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy development, strategic planning, and business development.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures with due diligence and negotiations.
• Prepare bid letters, term sheets and definitive agreements; deal structuring.
• Develop relationships with partners and present plans to executives.
• Perform qualitative, quantitative and financial analysis; deliver executive-ready presentations.
