Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

HomeLink Healthcare is looking for an ambitious and versatile Strategic Growth Lead to support the next phase of our growth across NHS and private healthcare services.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional who enjoys working across business growth, service development, strategic projects and healthcare innovation, helping turn opportunities and ideas into sustainable healthcare services.

As Strategic Growth Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing, CEO and senior leadership team, bringing together Clinical, Operational, Commercial and Finance colleagues to progress opportunities, develop new services and support successful mobilisation.

The Benefits

We offer a supportive and rewarding working environment with benefits including:

  • 12-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future growth of the business
  • Hybrid working with flexibility and autonomy
  • Opportunity to help develop and launch new healthcare services and pathways
  • Exposure to strategic growth projects across both NHS and private healthcare markets
  • 25 days' annual leave plus an additional day off for your birthday
  • Pension contribution
  • Company Life Assurance Scheme
  • Staff discounts across retail and leisure providers
  • A mission-led, clinically governed organisation with a strong reputation for quality

About the Role

As Strategic Growth Lead, you will support HomeLink Healthcare's growth, service development and strategic delivery objectives.

This is not a traditional Business Development, Operational Management or Client Services role. It is a varied and flexible position supporting growth, mobilisation and service development priorities as the needs of the business evolve.

You will:

  • Support the identification, qualification and progression of growth opportunities across NHS and private healthcare markets
  • Help convert opportunities into sustainable services and long-term partnerships
  • Contribute to the development of new healthcare pathways, propositions and operating models
  • Support strategic projects, mobilisations and service implementation
  • Create and maintain project plans, action trackers, risk registers and progress reports
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving Clinical, Operational, Commercial and Finance teams
  • Support opportunity assessments, business cases, proposals and presentations
  • Develop market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities, healthcare trends and service gaps
  • Engage with NHS and private healthcare stakeholders to support growth objectives
  • Support service optimisation and improvement initiatives where required
  • Present project updates, recommendations, risks and priorities to senior leaders and key stakeholders

About You

You will be a commercially aware, highly organised and proactive healthcare professional who enjoys working across multiple priorities and turning ideas into action.

You'll be comfortable working independently while building strong relationships across clinical, operational and commercial teams. You'll also be confident engaging with senior stakeholders and bringing structure and momentum to complex projects.

You will need:

  • Significant experience within healthcare, including Hospital at Home, Virtual Wards, community healthcare or similar healthcare delivery models
  • Experience supporting service development, mobilisation, implementation or strategic projects
  • Strong understanding of the NHS and private healthcare landscape
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how healthcare services are developed, funded and delivered
  • Experience working collaboratively with clinical, operational and commercial stakeholders
  • Excellent planning, project management and organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities
  • A pragmatic, analytical and solution-focused approach
  • A passion for improving access to care closer to home and supporting alternatives to hospital-based care

Desirable

  • Experience developing or supporting business cases, service propositions and implementation plans
  • Experience supporting opportunity progression and business growth activity
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary or cross-functional workstreams
  • Experience supporting the mobilisation of new healthcare services
  • Understanding of workforce planning, capacity, utilisation and service performance
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and contributing to leadership or governance reporting
