Job summary

OVO is seeking an expert Growth & Delivery Lead to drive delivery across engineering and product teams in a hub-based, hybrid setup.

You will coach engineers, align with product managers, remove blockers, and scale the IC Growth Framework while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

This 12-month fixed-term role reports to the Principal Delivery & Growth Lead and offers a generous salary band and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in leading software delivery teams and projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies and growth of engineers.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely, high‑quality delivery of engineering work and product objectives.
• Partner with ICs, product managers and leads to remove blockers and improve flow.
• Coach and support career development, performance reviews and enablement programs.
• Scale teams through enablement, onboarding and succession planning.
