Job summary

St. James's Place is seeking a mid-senior Business Consultant to help partner practices transform and grow. You will deliver strategic, commercial and business planning advice, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering a Consultancy Proposition.

Based in the Newcastle area with hybrid working, you will design and deliver improvement programs, assess ROI of partnerships, and ensure projects have the right resources and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience using data and insights to diagnose problems and inform decision making.
• Able to listen and adapt style to be solution focused; coach, mentor or strategic planner as needed.
• Experience building relationships with key partners and influencing to improve performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop implementation plans with partner businesses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with partner practices, including business planning and reviews.
• Design and deliver consultancy programmes to improve well run and profitable businesses.
• Review, measure and assess the ROI and efficiency of partner relationships.
• Create, build and deliver a business implementation plan for partner practices.
• Coordinate with partnerships to ensure the right resources are available for projects.
• Ensure risk and compliance requirements are met on client outcomes.
• Deliver model office(s) for priority businesses.
