Job summary

St. James’s Place is seeking a mid-senior Business Consultant in Newcastle with a strong commercial mindset to deliver strategic, advisory support to priority partnerships. You will design, build and deliver consultancy propositions that drive growth, efficiency and sustainability across partner businesses.

You will work with partner practices to improve performance, coach leadership teams, and shape business plans. A CMI Level 5 Consultancy qualification (or equivalent) is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience of using data/insights to diagnose problems and inform decisions.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to coach/mentor and act as a strategic planner.
• Experience as a true business partner influencing and coaching to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with partner practices and conduct reviews to enhance business performance.
• Design and deliver business improvement solutions and programmes for profitable growth.
• Review ROI and efficiency of partner relationships and implement plans with accountability.
• Develop and deliver implementation plans reflecting partner goals and resource needs.
• Collaborate with partnerships to ensure the right resources are available when needed.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance requirements are met in client outcomes and reviews.
• Deliver model offices for priority businesses.
