American Express Global Business Travel (AMEX GBT) is seeking a Program Manager, Commercial Growth & Strategy, to drive cross-functional commercial initiatives across the organization from opportunity to outcome. You will partner with the Head of Hotel Growth and collaborate with product and project teams to deliver value for clients and suppliers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in product or program management, and a bias for action with strong communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a commercially related discipline or experience.
• Experience translating between commercial and product perspectives.
• Experience with agile frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and workshop sponsorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by translating opportunities into commercial outcomes with data-driven insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and governance across global teams.
• Establish program structure using PMI standards for planning and controls.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cross-functional process flows.
