Radiant is seeking a Manager - Group Reporting to lead the global financial consolidation and reporting function. You will design scalable processes, own IFRS consolidation and intercompany accounting, and provide accurate, timely group metrics to executives and investors across entities and jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5+ years in financial reporting and IFRS consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Build consolidated financial reporting engine and scalable processes.
• Lead month-end and year-end close cycles across entities and jurisdictions.
• Own IFRS consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Collaborate with engineering, HR, operations and marketing to translate financial data into insights.
• Manage the audit relationship and controls with external auditors.
• Build and develop the Group Reporting team with hiring and coaching.
• Partner across finance and operations to understand business drivers behind numbers.
• Translate complex multi-entity transactions into clear financial data and metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement with AI-driven reporting tools and automation.
