Tesco is seeking a senior Organisation Design specialist to work with Exec members and business leaders to design structures and roles that deliver strategy. You will drive a strategic vision and plan for how we structure the Group over the next 1–3 years, based on internal and external perspectives.

You will develop OD blueprints, stay current with best practice, and partner with leaders to align design with Group objectives and financial targets, providing data-led options and recommendations.

Qualificações

• Experience of developing structures in large organisations.
• Experience of managing change projects.
• OrgVue is highly desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Design structures and roles for teams to deliver against strategy.
• Drive a strategic vision and plan for Group structure over 1–3 years.
• Provide Organisation Design expertise aligned to Group objectives.
• Develop OD blueprints, principles and Work Levels.
• Partner with leaders to identify improvements and meet financial targets.
• Advise leaders with data-led role options and recommendations.
• Design roles with differentiated accountabilities and clear working methods.
• Build trusted relationships to assess impact on behaviour, skills and culture.
• Collaborate with finance partners on efficiencies and investments.
• Maintain accurate position data and provide insights on headcount.
• Coordinate with Strategic Workforce Planning for long-term shape.
