Job summary

White Recruitment is seeking a Transport Coordinator for a Waste Management company in Chichester. The role involves scheduling, planning and managing daily customer collections and communicating with customers and drivers.

Applicants should have HGV routing experience, driver liaison skills, and a background in waste management or skip hire is desirable. Mon-Fri 8am–5pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays; 28 days holiday and company pension accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with routing Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs).
• Experience speaking with and managing drivers.
• Experience in Waste Management or skip hire is desirable.

Responsibilities

• To schedule, plan and manage day-to-day customer collections.
• Liaise with customers regarding waste collections.
• Liaise with and manage drivers.
• Daily input of KPI’s, delivery and collection issues, preparing paperwork.
