Job summary

Marks Sattin is seeking a Group FP&A Manager in Doncaster to lead forecasting and long-term planning for a fast-growing, private equity-backed business. You will work with the Group Finance Director, senior leaders and PE investors to deliver financial visibility and strategic insight.

You will drive KPI development, dashboards, and performance reporting, partnering with cross-functional teams to challenge assumptions and enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and active in accounting.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Ability to provide commercial analysis and partner with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning.
• Provide commercial and financial insight into business performance.
• Challenge performance and drive accountability with operations and commercial teams.
