Job summary

Marks Sattin is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its finance team in the United Kingdom. This commercially focused role supports planning, forecasting and performance analysis across a portfolio of creative and operational teams, partnering with senior finance leaders and department heads.

You will help improve cost visibility, forecasting accuracy and decision-making, delivering clear commentary and insights.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) or degree-qualified in Finance or Economics.
• Proven FP&A or business-partnering experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience with ability to present to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience improving budgeting/forecasting processes and cost visibility.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and planning across multiple business areas.
• Develop headcount, overhead and project-cost budgets with stakeholders.
• Prepare planning packs, forecasts and presentations for senior leadership.
• Model medium-/long-term financial plans including P&L and cashflow.
• Track spend vs budget and highlight variances, risks and opportunities.
• Automate reporting and planning using Excel, Power BI and financial systems.
