Job summary

HEYSHAM PORT LTD is seeking a Group Environment, Health and Safety Advisor to lead EHS strategy across a complex infrastructure organisation. You will report to the Group Assurance and Reporting Manager and drive improvements, analysis and reporting of EHS performance with senior stakeholders.

The role combines EHS delivery, reporting, and systems management, requiring collaboration with operational, engineering and marine teams. A NEBOSH certificate and a relevant degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of environment, health and safety within an industrial, operational or hazardous environment.
• Able to analyse EHS data and deliver timely, accurate reports.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• NEBOSH General Certificate and degree in a relevant discipline are required.

• Deliver EHS programmes and reporting across the Group to improve performance.
• Manage EHS systems and data to support decision making.
• Engage with operational, engineering and marine teams to drive improvements.
