Job summary

Investigo in London is seeking a Group Consolidation Manager to lead quarterly IFRS reporting and consolidation for a complex, multi-entity group. You will own intercompany eliminations, consolidation adjustments and pack preparation for lenders and investors.

The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, excellent communication with senior finance leadership, and experience supporting external audits. A practical, proactive approach to process improvements is essential in this high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within Group Reporting and Consolidation roles.
• Proven IFRS reporting experience, including preparation statutory accounts, disclosures and notes.
• Experience preparing quarterly external financial reporting within a complex international group.
• Exposure to reporting for lenders, debt providers, investors or bondholders.
• Strong understanding of consolidated balance sheets, P&L and cashflow reporting.
• Experience operating within multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Exposure to interim reporting under IAS 34 would be highly advantageous.
• Experience supporting external audits and technical accounting matters.
• Knowledge of consolidation systems would be beneficial
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Preparing quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements under IFRS (IAS 34).
• Owning quarterly reporting packs with detailed balance sheet, P&L and cashflow analysis.
• Supporting reporting for lenders, debt providers, investors or bondholders.
• Preparing annual consolidated financial statements and statutory accounts for multiple entities.
• Managing intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments.
• Providing disclosure notes and schedules within tight deadlines.
• Advising on complex transactions and new accounting standards.
• Driving improvements in reporting processes, controls and systems.
• Leading and developing a small finance team.
