Job summary

Pin Point Recruitment is partnering with an established organisation to recruit a Group Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager to lead and develop governance, risk management, compliance and assurance frameworks across the group.

This senior role reports to the Site Director and Executive Leadership Team, embedding a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement to ensure resilience and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• A professional qualification in Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, Audit or Business Management.
• Lead Auditor training or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Group's governance framework across the business.
• Lead the development and implementation of the Group Risk Management Framework.
• Ensure the business meets legal, regulatory and contractual obligations and oversee audits and assurance.
• Develop and deliver governance reporting, policies and recommendations to the Board and senior management.
• Develop Business Continuity and Resilience plans and coordinate testing and exercises.
• Provide strategic leadership and act as trusted advisor on governance, risk and compliance matters.
