Job summary

Pin Point Recruitment is partnering with an established organisation to recruit a Group Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager to lead governance, risk management, compliance and assurance across the Group from Peterborough.

This senior role works closely with the Site Director, Executive Leadership Team and Board to embed accountability, drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, and ensure resilience across the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk management and compliance in a senior role.
• Experience with enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Experience working with Boards and senior leadership teams.
• Ability to develop and implement governance frameworks and assurance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Group's governance framework and risk management strategy.
• Lead compliance audits, investigations and reviews; oversee internal audits.
• Coordinate governance activities involving the Board, committees and senior management.
• Develop Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans and testing.
• Provide strategic leadership and trusted advisory across governance, risk and compliance.
