Pin Point Recruitment is partnering with an established organisation to appoint a Group Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager in Peterborough. This senior role reports to the Board and supports leadership with governance, risk management, and assurance across the Group.

You will embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance and resilience to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk management and compliance leadership.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes.
• Senior-level experience with boards and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Group's governance framework across the business.
• Lead the development and implementation of the Group Risk Management Framework.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations and oversee audits.
