Delphi Care Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Responsible Individual to lead and develop our RI consultancy service. This senior role combines RI responsibilities with consultancy, quality assurance, client relationship management and service development.

You will act as the named RI for an agreed portfolio of Ofsted-registered children's homes, providing oversight, governance, support and challenge to providers and Registered Managers, while helping grow Delphi's RI service and building strong

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Responsible Individual for childrens homes
• Leadership in childrens residential care
• Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements

Aufgaben

• Act as the named Responsible Individual for an allocated portfolio of childrens homes
• Ensure compliance with the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
• Provide oversight to Registered Managers
• Monitor safeguarding, quality, compliance, and service performance
• Support growth of the RI consultancy service
