Job summary

Three UK is seeking a Governance Coordination role to support cross-group governance forums, engaging senior stakeholders across Vodafone Group, Cellnex, and Cornerstone. The role ensures smooth operations, timely decisions, and strong DoA/adherence to contractual requirements.

You will collate materials, capture minutes, manage approvals, and contribute to budgets and forecasts in a fast-paced environment. A focus on building trusted partnerships and clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Coordinate effectively with senior stakeholders across the organisation, including Director and C‑Suite level participants.
• Capture actions from governance forums and circulate to owners with clear timelines.
• Coordinate inputs for governance meeting materials: agendas, decks, financials, decisions, approvals.
• Support board-level approvals for changes per DoA and contractual requirements.
• Document minutes and decisions to keep colleagues informed.
• Maintain a structured schedule of governance meetings ensuring quorum.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate actions and follow-ups across governance forums and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
• Collate and prepare governance materials such as agendas, slide decks, and decision summaries.
• Build effective, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Manage board-level approvals and support compliance with the Delegation of Authority (DoA) and contractual requirements.
• Capture, document, and share minutes and decisions clearly across the organisation.
• Maintain governance meeting schedules, ensuring required participation and continuity.
• Support timely input into board papers, budgets, forecasts, and related planning cycles.
• Foster open communication, mutual respect, and trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
