Job summary

Moody's is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage talent for niche and hard-to-fill roles across the business. You will build high-quality pipelines and partner with recruiters to support Moody's global talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled tools, and diverse channels; maintaining data in the CRM; advising on talent availability and market trends; and continuously refining sourcing strategies to improve

Responsibilities

• Identify and build pipelines of passive candidates for niche roles.
• Engage talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards and databases.
• Advise recruiters on talent availability, pools and market trends.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and talent maps.
• Maintain CRM and grow candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Screen candidates early for qualifications, interest and availability.
• Track progress with funnel metrics and KPI-based prioritization.
• Stay updated on sourcing tech and market trends.
