Qualifications

• Experience sourcing talent at scale for niche roles.
• Sourcing across sales, technical, data, engineering, finance, ops.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards & databases.
• Sourcing across multiple regional markets with adaptable messaging.
• Excellent organizational skills with metrics-driven prioritisation.
• Commitment to high-quality candidate experience and timely communication.
• Independent sourcing partner to recruiters; provide market insights.
• Understanding of AI-powered sourcing tools and ethical use.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and build pipelines of passive candidates for niche roles across business areas.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, databases, AI-enabled tools to engage talent at scale.
• Advise recruiters and hiring managers on talent availability, pools, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and test creative sourcing strategies, talent maps, and outreach approaches.
• Maintain the CRM by growing, organizing, and managing candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening, assessing qualifications, interest, availability.
• Use funnel metrics and market insights to track progress and inform KPIs.
• Stay up to date with sourcing technologies and labor market trends.
