Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) with a strong foundation in business, supply chain, logistics, or related discipline.
• Extensive leadership across supply chain, logistics, and operational functions in a complex setting.
• Proven success operating in complex, global matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong strategic leadership with track record of transformational initiatives.
• Culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience leveraging AI and digital technologies to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Data-driven decision maker using analytics to inform strategy and growth.
• Experience managing significant operational budgets and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams delivering Keysight’s PNT CoE Order Fulfilment and own revenue targets.
• Align manufacturing and supply chain with evolving objectives, roadmaps, and market demands.
• Develop and execute long-range operational strategies for growth, profitability and scalability.
• Improve forecast accuracy, order execution, inventory turns and working capital.
• Strengthen supplier partnerships and drive sourcing strategies to mitigate risk.
• Benchmark supply chain processes externally and manage integration programs if needed.
• Contribute to COE revenue planning, 3-year strategy, and resource management.
• Promote continuous improvement, quality, and regulatory compliance across processes.
