Job summary

Haleon is seeking a highly experienced Global Fleet Transformation Director to design and implement a large-scale, global fleet transformation programme. You will define fleet strategy, establish governance, and drive regional/local policies while coordinating with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Sustainability and country stakeholders.

• Significant global fleet management experience.
• Proven track record leading multi-country transformation programmes.
• Experience developing fleet strategies, policies and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global fleet strategy aligned to business, sustainability and EVP goals.
• Partner with regional and local stakeholders to craft market-specific policies and guidelines.
• Benchmark existing fleet programmes and identify opportunities for standardisation and savings.
• Lead end-to-end transformation delivery, including RFPs and technology implementations.
