Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA).
• Specialisation in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or Data Science.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Supply Chain Strategy with QSCP leadership, Operating Units, Commercial and Finance, defining long-term priorities and capability roadmaps.
• Partner with senior supply chain leaders to create strategic narratives, business cases and decision papers for executive governance.
• Translate business trends into actionable choices and competitive advantage.
• Lead high-value strategic projects on portfolio simplification, network optimisation, operating model design, capability transformation, automation and AI opportunities.
• Shape long-term supply chain ambition and executive reviews with the VP Supply Chain Strategy and leadership team.
• Deliver cross-functional strategic initiatives as part of an agile strategy team.
