VistaJet is seeking a results‑driven Fleet Sales professional to drive revenue growth, manage client relations, and close opportunities within the global broker market and Direct Sales team. You will align with leadership to execute strategies, use Salesforce to maintain pipelines, and travel domestically and internationally to meet key accounts.

Ideal candidates will have proven sales or account management experience, strong relationship skills, and a track record of end-to-end deal execution.

• Proven experience in sales or account management.
• Strong client relationship management with long-term revenue focus.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle: negotiation, deals, follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a fleet sales team to grow revenue.
• Coordinate with Fleet Sales Director and Performance Manager.
• Close opportunities within global broker market and Direct Sales.
• Provide quotes and follow-up to convert opportunities.
• Manage client relations through the sales cycle and after-flight follow-ups.
