Job summary

Abri is seeking an ambitious Head of Fundraising, Social Value & Partnerships to shape the Foundation's next growth phase. You will secure substantial external funding, lead partnerships across housing, health and public sectors, and drive social value reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fundraising programmes in a charity or community setting.
• Track record securing substantial grants, sponsorships and funding.
• Leadership experience building high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of social value and impact measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a sustainable fundraising strategy for growth.
• Secure income through trusts, foundations, partnerships and philanthropy.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising lifecycle from bid to reporting.
• Embed Social Value and Impact Framework with measurable outcomes.
• Build strategic partnerships across housing, health and voluntary sectors.
• Present to boards and senior stakeholders; act as senior ambassador for the Foundation.
