Upbeat Communities is seeking a Head of Fundraising and Partnerships to lead the next phase of income growth for refugee and asylum-seeking communities around Derby. You will develop and deliver a comprehensive fundraising strategy across trusts, foundations, statutory funding, corporate partnerships and major donors, with clear targets and KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in growing and diversifying income streams.
• Experience with trusts, foundations, and major donors.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent relationship-building with funders and partners.
• Data-driven budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and delivery of fundraising strategy with annual targets.
• Secure income from trusts, foundations, statutory funding, major donors and corporates.
• Manage and develop fundraising and communications team, including bid writer.
• Build and maintain strategic funder relationships and partnerships.
• Report income performance, pipeline and risks to CEO and Trustees.
